5. M&C Fantasy Football League

When you register for the M&C Fantasy Football League, we use your name, company or organisation and email address to:

  • administer the league;

  • provide important competition information;

  • match your registration to your fantasy-football account;

  • verify your eligibility;

  • contact you about prizes; and

  • maintain records of competition entries and awards.

Unsubscribing from optional M&C news will not affect your league membership, score, position or entitlement to a prize.

6. Winner announcements

The Fantasy Football League Terms and Conditions explain that M&C intends to announce Manager of the Month winners, the runner-up and the overall winner.

An announcement may include:

  • the winner’s name;

  • company or organisation;

  • fantasy-football team name;

  • score; and

  • league position.

Announcements may appear on the M&C website, M&C’s LinkedIn page, emails and other league communications.

A winner may object to publication or ask us to reduce the information published. Where appropriate, we may publish more limited information to demonstrate that a valid prize was awarded.

7. M&C news and email updates

Where you select the option to keep updated, we may email you about:

  • M&C news;

  • recent projects and services;

  • events;

  • industry-relevant information; and

  • future competitions.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

We may also send limited and relevant business-to-business communications to corporate contacts where permitted by law. You can object to direct marketing at any time, and we will stop sending it.

We may retain a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so that we do not accidentally add you to future marketing lists.

  • Fantasy Football League registration records: up to 12 months after the final prize has been awarded.

  • Prize and payment records: for as long as reasonably required for accounting, legal and competition-administration purposes.

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or we determine that the information is no longer current or required.

  • Unsubscribe records: for as long as necessary to respect your preference not to receive marketing.

We may retain information for longer where a complaint, dispute, investigation or legal claim is ongoing or reasonably anticipated.
